Using the new customFields on basket and basket line-items for editing, display only on orders.

• Should custom fields that are marked to be shown at the order also be shown at the requisitions?
• decide combined handling with additional line item attributes
• problem with saving basket custom fields if login happens as first checkout step
• problem with the display of removed basket custom fields
