Updating to the recent version
1) cPickle doesn't work with Python3
2) comments in MCNP files may contain texts like {31c} - the paser failed on that, trying to format a card text
3) Bug in likefunc: self.__lf was not defined
PartialFormatter handles '{smth}' entries, which can occur in a MCNP comments and on which numjuggler failed before this fix
