RPM dependency fix, xfce, readme, loading cursors after launch fixes

Fixed fedora/rhel depenedency: python3-tkinter is used instead of python3-tk
In xfce, if runing first time, the code crashed due to no cursor theme entry in xfconf which is fixed now
Also fixed the inconsistency in readme which caused readme to appear very bad
loading cursor after launch of application continuously spinning (startup notification) disabled

Installation Process change

Please carefully read the new README to see changes in new installation process. installer.sh would no longer be provided. Use the new method to install as previous method had unresolved bugs.

Budgie, Gnome improvement and bugfix in installer

This release adds the functionality to automatically change window manager theme according to gtk theme only in Budgie and GNOME because Budgie and GNOME do not respect window manager theme and use gtk theme for window controls. This also fixes the bug where installer fails saying "Permission denied"

Budgie support and code refinements

This releases did this:

• added support for Budgie desktop
• housekeeping code
• fixed installation guide by adding "chmod +x installer.sh" instruction and providing direct link to installer file
• created to do for adding lxde desktop support
• fixed typos

Bugfix in installer

This release fixes bug in installer. It wasn't set executable
