This change removes deprecated APIs and bumps the iOS deployment target of
idmobilelibto iOS 5.0 so it can build in the latest version of Xcode.Resources and game data are still required to actually build the project. While game data shouldn't be hosted, it seems odd to not version button resources, app icon, etc.
