Docker Files to use GPUEnabler from jupyter/Zeppelin

NOTE: GPUEnabler jar's are taken from https://github.com/IBMSparkGPU/GPUEnabler.git and compiled the source.

Build the juypter image

$ git clone https://github.com/iamvuppala/GPUEnablerDocker.git
$ cd GPUEnablerDocker
$ docker build -t <jupyter_image_name> -f Dockerfile.jupyter . 

Build the Zeppelin image

$ git clone https://github.com/iamvuppala/GPUEnablerDocker.git
$ cd GPUEnablerDocker
$ docker build -t <Zeppelin_image_name> -f Dockerfile.Zeppelin . 

Running juypter image

 $ docker run -it --device /dev/nvidia0:/dev/nvidia0 --device /dev/nvidiactl:/dev/nvidiactl --device /dev/nvidia-uvm:/dev/nvidia-uvm --rm -v <path>/GPUEnablerDocker/Resources:/home/testuser/GPUEnabler/Resources/:rw -p 9999:9999 <jupyter_image_name>

You can access the jupyter daemon from browser using: http://ip_address:9999

Running Zeppelin image

 $ docker run -it --rm -p 8888:8888 <Zeppelin_image_name>

You can access the Zeppelin daemon from browser using: http://ip_address:8888
