Problem

After the recent Uber article was wide-spread, conversations started about creating a better workplace for women and other underrepresented communities in tech. With several other individuals sharing their story, it would be ideal to have a place where the community can look up a company and read about other's experiences.

Solution

Create a platform and safe-space for underrepresented people in tech to review their companies and interview experiences.
