What does this PR do?
Wrapping modules in
nn.utils.parameterization.weight_normchanges the weight signature vs vanillann.utils.weight_norm:transformers/src/transformers/models/wav2vec2/modeling_wav2vec2.py
Lines 379 to 381 in 1b8decb
I've updated the tests to catch these new weight signatures, keeping the old ones in there for backwards comp
