Fill out missing validation

Contact
- only original author can update their contact
- only original author can delete their contact
- only contact author can link AllContacts to it
- only contact author can delete link AllContacts
- AllContacts link have expected base hash (predefined anchor)
Message
- only original author can update their message
- only original author can delete their message
- only message author can link AllMessages to it
- only message author can delete link AllMessages
- AllMessages link have expected base hash (predefined anchor with bucket specified in message)
