Before updating this one, the archive for the tutorial needs to be updated. And the entire tutorial tested.

What about the haddock-restraints exec provided in the utils directory? Is it OS agnostic? Or do we make it part of the haddock3 installation in such a way that the correct exec is automatically installed?

Since random atom pairs are picked this could explain the differences.

Actually I didn't implement this randomness thing; haddocking/haddock-restraints#11

Yep, it's a WIP - still need to triple check it will produce the same output. For now the restraints are the same and the text much simpler with less commands
