GUP v4.2 bug-fix & new enhancement:

  1. Update cURL from 7.42.1 to 7.56.1
  2. Enable CURLSSLOPT_NO_REVOKE option in cURL to fix the problem that updating requires certificate support:
    notepad-plus-plus/notepad-plus-plus#1237
  3. Fixed unwanted message displaying issue.
  4. Add more tanslations.
