Bought new motors with the same axle dimensions, though probably better gear ratio.
- solder the wire connectors
- connect and make them move
- design motor mounts to connect to the modular chasis
- print it 🖨️
- make the robot move ♿
Old mecanum wheels have a lot of roller friction
- as each roller has only one axis point in the middle
- adds up friction
- do you want to even? - try to add shrinking wires on the wheels

- than use the generator for OpensSCAD

- adjust and use the generator from thingiverse i used for the old design

- probably modular (i already have the design on paper somewhere)
- separate core connectable to the aluminium hubs i have
- separate connectable roller umbrella ribs
- separate wheels
- with diameter allowing the shrink-tube application
