課題3-2

分割ダウンロードを行う
- Rangeアクセスを用いる
- いくつかのゴルーチンでダウンロードしてマージする
- エラー処理を工夫する
- golang.org/x/sync/errgourpパッケージなどを使ってみる
- キャンセルが発生した場合の実装を行う
