✔️ The first line must be 50 chars or less.
✔️ The second line of a multi line message must be empty.
✔️ Commit message must start with an emoji.
✔️ The first word in the message must be capitalized.
✔️ The subject must not end with a punctuation character.
✔️ The body of the message must wrap lines at 72 characters.
✔️ The subject must be in imperative mood.
