PHP Changes

• PHP 7.4 is now the minimum version
  • To become compatible with PHP 8.4, we had to drop older PHP versions
  • This allows us to use better var dumpers/code standards, reducing file sizes
• PHP 8.4 compatibility
  • This has changed function declarations to fix #653
