we had issue in updating jest-dom dependency since quite a days: issue is created here: testing-library/jest-dom#544
i tried to figure out some solutions, current solution i see is.
use @types/jest library instead of @jest/types and update tsconfig to point right types to tsc compiler. pr also included updated version of all the testing libraries
