Bioinformatic pipeline aiming to separate scRNA-seq data into individual clusters coupled with analysis pipeline utilizing various forensic tools to determine maternal, paternal, and biparental ancestry as well as compare the data towards a reference genotypes and calculate LR for genetic identificaiton.
