Internal storage is provided by a Micron MT29F4G08ABADAH4 4 GB NAND chip. The filesystem appears to be UBI.
There are 11 partitions on the device. Partition map follows:
11 cmdlinepart partitions found on MTD device drime4-nand
Creating 11 MTD partitions on "drime4-nand":

External storage is provided by a Micro-SD slot run by a Synopsys Designware MMC controller, model unknown.
Hardware buttons appear to be run by the DRIMe processor directly.
Touchscreen appears to be of Melfas make. Model number unknown.
Both are available as standard Linux inputs.
Analog audio codec is a Cirrus WM8994. HDMI audio seems to be run by the DRIMe processor. Both are accessible via ALSA.
The sensor is run by the DRIMe processor using i2c. There appears to be a v4l (or v4l2) interface for it.
The wireless is an Atheros AR6003 802.11a/b/g/n wireless chip, run over SDIO.
- AMBA PL011 UART (serial console?)
- PL330 DMAC-267056 (looks like a DMA Controller)
- TI TSU6111A USB charger/data switch?
- Ricoh R2051K02 real-time clock
