as far as javascript can be "readable"

See attached screenshot, would it be possible to use all the vertical space in the right column? It's a bit of waste of space atm. thanks!

Also now scroll to the highlighted section (fix comment raised in #7)
And capitalize sections titles.
Note : a bit ugly now since encoding is broken. It also seem we have some section item of the agenda without speaker_id (this may be caused by the encoding, and also when it's says "President" instead of his name)
