There are three big steps in this workflow : The calculation of the rates of evolution of dead wood with an algorhythm that calculates the geometric mean, then a first graph (bar plot) representing the evolution of the total volume of very large trees, standing dead wood and dead wood on the ground on an area and finally, a graph representing the rate of evolution of the volume of wood favorable to biodiversity by large ecological regions (GRECO in France) using a shapefile.
