jail -x: Tell where native-xtools is being built or fails to build.
jail -x: Add XDEV_SRC_JAIL, if set will use the jail's source for xdev.
jail -x: Support the fixed native-xtools build target in FreeBSD head.
jail -x: Support the native-xtools-install target in FreeBSD head.
jail -x: Respect MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX
jail -c: Disallow using a colon (:) in jail name.
