I add the info shared on Slack, but I'm wonder why this document: https://github.com/forwards/conferences/blob/master/Introduction%20to%20the%20Forwards%20Conferences%20Team.md is not the readme file. Also, the readme should have links to our CoC and our Guide to contribute. That exist in some place? Also would be nice to have a governance file on the repo were we explain how we function and make decisions (I think that is on the web page rogth?)
