Why are the changes needed?
Generate a job summary in GHA for your build that outlines the execution and materials used. It improves the visibility & readability for build information. (By default, it will generate summary and upload the build record archive to GitHub. We can disable them via "DOCKER_BUILD_SUMMARY" and "DOCKER_BUILD_RECORD_UPLOAD" env variables.)
Remove the warning "The following actions use a deprecated Node.js version and will be forced to run on node20"
