Problem
Users do not have a good way to debug issues when something is wrong with a Storybook
Solution
When Flipbook runs into an issue when loading a Storybook, it is not shown in the Unavailable Storybooks dropdown.
When selecting one of the unavailable storybooks, the error is shown along with the Storybook's source code (with syntax highlighting!)
