Relaunch

This is the state of the TEI files (and associated processing scripts) when the Fihrist web site was switched over to the new system. Updates to the manuscript descriptions had been halted for several months, but various batch conversion scripts were run to improve fields such as dates of origin. Summaries were added to all TEI files that lacked them.
