Superseeds #66
This introduces bundle environments to Atlas bundles (both partially - for the bundle selection, and the full Atlas bundles).
With this, we can distinguish
client,ssr, andreact-serverbundles. Note, that this does not implement the sorting from #66 as that will likely change in a follow-up PR.
