Public release of version 5.0

This release includes several new features, bug fixes, improvements and of course a complete ui refactoring

• Refactor of ui with bootstrap 5
• New network segment view in the groups and images tab
• Fix #83 so images section will be now more useful without ssl errors
• Improvements on the scan interface, e.g. use all clients in db as targets #82
• Rewritten backup & restore process
• Introduce "notes", only on clients at this time
• Move "how-to" from readme into wiki
• Improvements to the speed and the performance when loading > 1000 clients & images
• Countless bug fixes and improvements to code style and structure
