🗒️ Description

Add Memory Expansion tests to opcodes where they did not exist before (EXT*CALL, EOFCREATE, RETURNCONTRACT), targeting processor architecture size boundaries.
Add magic values to tests where the existed before (RETURNDATACOPY, DATACOPY) intended to cause problems where uint/int handling for 32/64 bits is not correct.
