Mixed up the table names, this PR fixes it.
EndingPositions column was named PersonnelMoreThan100PercentFTEs and PersonnelMoreThan100PercentFTEs column was named EndingPositions. This has been fixed and the column names are now derived from the property names instead of being manually typed. Also recreated migrations.
