I added the android implementation and removed null safety, I want you to submit an update without it so unsound null safety users can use this update and then release a new version with null safety |

This pull request is a fork from @markathomas which added the main functionalities for Android Support. Since then I have added functionalities for receiving calls on Android while the app is in background and more recently support for null safety.
I was not aware I could create directly PR from my fork which was forked from Mark
