GME Media flag table

• it comes right after the register init values.
• only seen in GME-files with binary files.
• consists of 32bit values, usually "01 00 00 00".
• the number of 32bit values corresponds to the number of media files.
• for "Die verrueckte Weltreise" all values are "01 00 00 00" (== 1) except for media files 205 and 234 where it is "00 00 00 00" (== 0).
• Purpose unknown.
