allows to use proxmox ve as a provider to configure hostname & ssh keys
allows proxmox ve cloud init drive to specify networking options that will be consummed by afterburn
instance id and hostname seem useful as attributs
required to respect the gateway setting provided by proxmox
the current implementation was too naive and didn't handle ipv6 configuration properly
allow consummers to know the vm ip using attributes
needed to have a test case for configs with multiple interfaces
