Patched version for STM32F103 series hardware and W5500 LAN. At least 128k flash is needed in it's bare form, or 256k flash to use it normally.
Please modify ArduinoEasy-Globals.h according to your needs before compile! (Comment out some USES_* and FEATURE_* lines to make the binary smaller)
