The latest version of
opentelemetryno longer includesopentelemetry_semantic_conventionsas a dependency, which means bringingelectricin as a dependency resulted in compilation errors.This PR explicitly includes
opentelemetry_semantic_conventionsas a dependency, so fixes compilation, and updates our usage to remove the deprecated functions as well as moving to the latest attributes.
