We are removing B2C Subscriptions configs settings in edx-internal, and although these configs settings are not being used in the non-subscriptions flow and did not cause any issue in stage, we'd like to set them as false on the default
.env(since they won't be available in edx-internal anymore) as a safe measure..envfiles get parsed as strings, sofalsewould be evaluated at the end as'false'/truthy.
