Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would like to run onto-viewer by running the war file, not with Docker. I would like to use it to view a custom ontology.
The README file at https://github.com/edmcouncil/onto-viewer#-with-an-ontology-of-your-choice describes the way to use "an ontology of your choice" with the Docker solution.

How can I use "an ontology of my choice" when running with the war file ? Thanks !

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like a small procedure to know how to view a custom ontology when running locally.

You should add your ontologies to the ontologies folder next to the war file - see an example in https://github.com/edmcouncil/onto-viewer/releases/download/rc_v1.0/onto-viewer.zip.

Note also this remark: #388 (comment).
