What this PR changes/adds
This PR adds two modules:
identity-hub-did-spi: SPI module, contains model classes and interfacesidentity-hub-did: implementation module, currently emptyWhy it does that
Add module structure, even if that is currently empty, to enable subsequent implementation tasks.
