Motivation

As Spring 2.x is reaching its end of the life this PR, introduced bunch of changes to ease spring 3.x migration.

Proposed Changes

  1. Removed dependency over javax
  2. Excluded Spotbug findings which are false +ive.
  3. Updated dependency chain
  4. Migrated Junit4 tests to Junit 5
