feat(dashboard): translation progress and edit

Description

• Add inline translation editor
• Add translation total progress display
• Add language select dropdown
• Update ZM language to read as Chewa (not Chichewa)

• Add support for csv import list
• Limit access to who can view/edit translations
• Identify similar translations to show in case of minor edits or same string different context
• Consider more advanced editor to quickly jump between previous/next translation (e.g. crowdin)
