Create an application under the Twitter API by clicking here. Once you've done so be sure to collect you applications Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token, and Access Token Secret. Once obtained add these values over to your config.json file and be sure to set the active field as true if you want it to actively Tweet out for newly added items.
