To start the server go to votingAppServer and run npm run start on Terminal
Server is on: http://localhost:8090
To start the client go to votingAppClient and run webpack-dev-server on Terminal
To view app in the browser and live edit go to :
http://localhost:8080/# --main page
http://localhost:8080/#/results -- to see the results and watch live updates to the votes
