  • add pyproject.toml to project, updata its metadata and add dependency versions
  • switch to src layout by moving cortix/docs, cortix/examples, cortix/tests and cortix/src to project root
  • update .gitignore
  • format and fix with ruff.

wip

  • update tests
  • setup github actions for automatic deployment
