Update haskell scripting entrypoint

@briceburg turns out stack supports scripting with individual build directives. Solves the problems discussed in #3 and is just plain awesome.

also -- let me know if you want to merge this and provide a dexbuild. We need to set you up so you can build these for distribution in bootstrap.

Nah, no examples as of yet, just playing around. I was under the impression adding to ba bootstrap would be as simple as adding the file to bootstrap-repo/dex-images directory. I might not understand the full scope of dex just yet, since I don't know what you mean by dexbuild. But yeah, feel free to merge.

Ok will do! The dexbuild stuff is under radar idea, but see the cop and n98 images in bootstrap. Basically it uses buildchain to publish images to dockerhub. General idea is to speed up user experience see dockerland/dex#49 for broader implications
