In this PR, I have fixed the broken link of discord in the README.
Now it redirects to the correct link of the Discord Server of Deno.

Please run deno fmt.

Hey @iuioiua, I have made changes in the README only. So is it necessary to run deno fmt? If yes, where should I run it?
