Arrays with Backends

Modify setup so that you can use array data with either c++ ROOT or uproot backends.

Support for using uproot as a backend in addition to use c++ ROOT.

Asimov support

Developed to support asimov package. Multiple issues completed and notebooks updated. See commits since 5 August for more details.

DataMC Plots

Support added for data/mc plots.

Initial Release

This is the initial release of the HEP plotter repository.
The code contains Jupyter notebooks that demonstrate how to make simple plots (1D histograms, 1D Data/MC plots, 1D efficiencies, and 2D histograms).
