SC-Simulator v2.0.1 (pkg)

Updated to include undocumented Signum API GET_ACCOUNT_BALANCE.

Note that getting balances and tokens quantities from smart contracts will produce wrong results if contract is executed on debugging block. Safe to use only to get regular accounts balances/tokens.
