Description
You can now use slash commands in GitHub after an issue is created. One of the commands is
/templatebut it only works with templates that are markdown. When you generate an issue from a tasklist it's empty. This will enable us to add the template so everything we want is in the new issue.Also added Suggested Tests to the implementation template,
