Initial release

Initial development release including trained chess piece models for image classification, a chess piece dataset and some testing chessboard images.

Note: TensorRT engines are built for the Nvidia Jetson Nano platform with TensorRT 6. In this case, you should build your own engines in your inference platform, for example from the ONNX model using onnx2trt.
