feat: migrations for Platform v0.22 to v1

Dapi Grpc methods changed from Platform v0.22 to v1.0 and we had some outdated ones. fetchIdentitiesByKeyHashes needed to be edited and I also removed fetchIdentityIdsByKeyHashes since it was unused.

What was done?

Changed fetchIdentitiesByKeyHashes to call Grpc method to fetch one identity by key hash for all key hashes, since there's no longer a method to do multiple at once.
