This pull request updates the name of the ESP32 CAN library from
ThomasBarth-ESP32-CAN-Drivertomiwagner-ESP32-Arduino-CAN.This pull request also moves the files
ESP32CAN.handESP32CAN.cto the foldermiwagner-ESP32-Arduino-CAN, as these files are provided by the library.This change is implemented as the readme of this repository states that the miwagner/ESP32-Arduino-CAN is used in a slightly modified form, whereas I had assumed that the files were taken directly from ThomasBarth/ESP32-CAN-Driver.

The library by miwagner uses the files provided by ThomasBarth as third party components, as stated by the miwagner/ESP32-Arduino-CAN readme.
