What
This PR implements additional data for More Battery Info for Tesla M3/Y
Why
Why does it do it? Webserver is an efficient way of reading the data from the battery.
How
How does it do it? Reading more data from the BMS and sending to webserver.
This is my first contribution and first time changing so much of the code, I'm not perfect, I make mistakes, but I'm learning!
